Are interactions with drugs like Paxil and Adderall because of the 2D6 passageways apply with concerta (or ritalin) and Paxil, or just adderall?

Amphetamines may have some effects on serotonin. Therefore there is a theoretical risk of serotonin syndrome. I believe most of the data comes from case reports. I do not feel this is of any great signifigance. Something to note and watch for.

Coadministration with methylphenidate (Substrate of CYP2D6 (major); Inhibits CYP2D6 (weak)) may increase the plasma concentrations of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). According to the manufacturer, human pharmacologic studies have shown that methylphenidate may inhibit the metabolism of SSRIs, and there have been reports that methylphenidate augments the clinical response to SSRIs. - from Lexi-comp drug information handbook
