Gotta say I love this site. Been reading some of the posts for a few days and getting great info.

Was just diagnosed with ADHD. Took awhile for it to sink in. But after reading some posts. Yes, I believe it, and here I thought there was something wrong with me and kept it all to myself for the past 20 something years.

My first Question (one of many I am sure):

I am on 18mg of Concerta, take it in the morning, suppose to increase to 36mg in 10 days. When will I start to feel any effects from it? Does it take a week to get into your system? What should I be feeling like? I'm also on Effexor and I remember that took a few weeks to kick in.
