Been doing Adderall XR 20mg morning, 20mg afternoon for about a month now, it seemed to be doing ok but doc wants to give other meds a trial to see what works best.

Concerta was next up... took 18mg... nothing, nada, could have been aspirin, i felt nothing and was quickly back to procrastinating and having a tough time focusing.

18mg for a few days in a row.. pointless.

Doc says try 36 and call him... so i take 36mg, may as well be sugar pills. No effect at all although I do have a weird rash on my elbow..

Adderall XR for a few days and it's amazing the difference.

Now he says try 54mg just to see if I can feel anything at all... isnt 54 the maximum does?

Not maximum, just the largest they make in 1 pill

They only make up to 54mg concerta pills but the max legal dosage is 72mg in the United States (i think)
