Hey, I feel an "odd sensation" when I lay down, and have been taking adderall for a while. Also, the adderall stops doing any good after a while and I can do nothing but daydream / light think... So, does anyone else get feelings in there limbs, like, almost as if they're just warming up from being in the cold too long?
It's kinda concenring me, cause I also have side effects of memory loss and other ACM symptoms (but not the headache). I'm thinking something must be messing with my flow of spinal fluid, cause inflamation or something, idk.

I had cold limbs the first few weeks of treatment.
Adderall activates the "fight or flight" portion of the brain
During "fight or flight" mode, your body re directs a portion of your blood flow away from your arms and legs to your brain and body core.
So, when it wears off, and you lie down, your legs are experiencing more blood flow (back to normaL)
This effect is worse if your are tired/worn out
I dont need them anymore, but for the first few weeks of treatment, I wore support (compression) socks from the drug store. they are available for men or women, and go up to your kneess and provide gentle squeezing action to increase blood flow

The effect is more so about laying down and getting up, not so much about the time of day that it happens which indicates to me that the concern is related to unhealthy flow of spinal fluid as that my symptoms seem to parody ACM. http://chiarione.org/symptoms.html
I don't have the headache, so perhaps there is an anomolous structure block the flow, rather than the cerebellum, or perhaps the effect of the stims is causing inflamation or an adverse reaction on the cerebellum for me. To my knowledge, these side effects are not associated with Adderall so I feel like some discussion is needed if they exist in the population (yet are ommitted in the documentation).

Thats a little bit deep, and nothing I would have thought of.........
Please don't spend all day reading about symptoms and side effects. If you do, you will find yourself having symptoms & side effects to just about everything!
(I know from personal experience)
About the adderall and leg side effects, my last answer was the short version.
Yes, I too noticed wierd sensations the first few weeks of adderall. As for if it was lying, or standing, I don't remember. I try to not think about things like that, so I don't get paranoid and amplify the effects subconsiously in my mind.
My main problem was the cold feet. By using the support (compression) socks, I not only solved the problem of cold feet, but thoose really wierd sensations went away!!!
After 4 or 5 weeks, I no longer need the support socks, and my feet are no longer cold (with the exception of one day last week when I was really really really tired from filling in for a fired workerr)
If you are tired, your symptoms and side effects will magnafy 200 times.
I wish you good luck, and please try to get some rest.
