Because my psychaitrist said it wasnt and prescribed me STARTERRA.

Im pretty sure adderall is illegal in Europe. Due to the abuse potential I believe.

I know its illegal in Canada because of the sudden deaths cause by it when Adderall was first release in Canada.

I think someone got Canada to retract those conclusions so it's on the shelves again up there.
