Does anyone have this problem? I gag allllll the time, Is it the dry mouth?

I have never hear of anyone gagging from Adderal, nor from a dry mouth. Could you more specifically explain exactly what happens?

gagging (well, nausea and vomiting in general, and everything inbetween - which would be gagging - as well, i guess) is quite a common stimulant side-effect.

do you take it on empty stomach?
if so, try and take it with food - a good amount of a healthy meal, not some fat fries or something that is hard on your stomach by itself. i heard that can make all the difference in the world.

i also read that some people take omeprazol or other medication with stimulants to help with their gastric problems.

i've had some stomach acid issues when i first took ritalin, but that vanished after a few days of taking it... so, if you're on adderall since only a few days, try ingesting your pills with a meal and see if it gets better in a few days.

also, if you have dry mouth, sweets may help you - peppermint is a mild and natural drug that helps against nausea, so i'd suggest sugar-free peppermint candy and, if you have time it, cook a tea with fresh peppermint leaves now and then.
