I'm both inattentive and hyperactive. I notice a lot of people taking stimulants. I've tried both ritalin and adderall. Adderall was better than ritalin but it still seems more problematic then beneficial. Wondering how many hyperactive types take stimulants etc.

I take dexedrine and I consider myself inattentive.

the basic:
there isn't a particular med for hyperactive or inattentive peoples.
It's all trial and error. What may work for you may not work for me, and vice versa.
