Anyone want to help me decide what I did wrong here? I usually take a multivitamin, B-complex, magnesium and fish oil supplement at night, but I went and bought some L-tyrosine the other day to try it out.
Day1: took all supplements at night before bed except the magnesium. Waited until morning and took it then my meds 30mins later, no problems.
Day2: same thing except I did not take the L-tyrosine at all, don't know why but I just didn't. Adderall seemed to wear off faster and I ended up taking another one later in the day.
Day3 (today): same story, supplements at night and magnesium in the morning. Also did not take the L-tyrosine again. Felt absolutely nothing when I took my Adderall today and ended up taking another one a few hours later, still nothing.
Every day I took the magnesium and adderall on an empty stomach and got sufficient sleep at night. Maybe I took the magnesium too close to my meds? I really have no clue, any takers?
