After being diagnosed with combined type the doc tried methylin, had bad teeth clinching, then 36mg concerta and works great for hyperactivity but not attention, or daydreaming stuff like that. Doc put me on 30mg adderall xr. It helps with attention alot but is not good for hyper, I think I tape my feet more actually. Plus it only last for 4 -6 hrs and horrible ups and downs, and deppression at night like no other. So is there a drug that is around for my situation? like maybe a methylphenidate + dex style drug? Any suggestions and feedback are appreciated.

Maybe you're worse than me, but I move around, take breaks, and leave my schedule open. I don't sit down for more than 3 minutes. I get up, whether I feel like it or not, and the second I do, I can think so much better. If you're "hyperactive" you're a moving type.
