How does it compare to adderall in your experience?

I take Dex IR. Compared to Adderall IR, it makes me feel calmer, less obsessive, less negative, less edgy. Dex is smoother, with less jolt and less crash. Adderall made me feel angry. I do realize this is an uncommon reaction to Adderall though.

no comparison. i found dextroamphetamine to be so superior to adderall that its almost like a completely different drug altogether (which it kinda is), to me comparing dex to adderall is like comparing it to a lot of coffee. if u try generic barr dex, make sure u get the 5mg pills and not the 10mg pills because the 5mg pills are much smoother and better

I took Vyvanse as my first med. It was terrible. I was high as a kite at first, but when my body finally adjusted to it I was left with horrible anxiety. Vyvanse is total crap in my opinion, but some people have found it to work well. To each their own. We all react differently to meds and you will never know how a certain stimulant will work for you unless you try it.
