well just then I thought Vyvanse 70mg in AM and 10-20mg IR booster in afternoon was my perfect combo for 3 months, now since 2 weeks ago the wheels are coming off again....vyvanse seems to be less and less effective, (no more than 4 hours!!) and crash/anxiety when it wears off. on weekends i've been only try adderall IR as needed, now seems to work better than vyvanse actually (2 or 3 20mg doses)
I dont get it, i really hate all this inconsistency nonsense, as if one doesnt have other issues to deal with in work/family....

just venting i guess, going to give vyvanse a break for a while.....but this sucks

because it seemed to be the reverse a few months ago, IR became ineffective and Vyvanse looked like a star....maybe these drugs need rotation due to tolerance buildup? who knows....ironically there seems to be little science involved here ,more like "trial-error" and "wait-see" than anything else

maybe is the fact i switch over in weekends to IR and not Vyvanse?
