Using this guide written by Paul Foxman ph.D., parent's and other adult's can show children how to handle their worries and fears. Parent's also learn how to change their own reactions to help their children, and a unique chapter shows children how to help themselves.
I have found this book very instrumental, chock full of advice and excercise's to help my son Dakota deal with his anxious world. One way to tell if this book would be beneficial to you and your child is by taking the quiz I have below.
