Can anyone share experiences with Concerta and exercise ?

Is it safe to exercise on Concerta? Does it enhance a cardio workout or make it more difficult.

I can't excericse with concerta. While most of the times it just boosts up my heart rate and makes me feel "extra powerful" it just makes me feel weird.

sometimes I excericse at the end of the effective time and it just feels "down"-like.

I dont like it.

on excercises days I take LA, or concerta REAL early (7 am) - workout at 21:30.

Never had an issue. Used to work out a lot not it's no more than an hour usually. It can be an issue for people. Just take things slow and build up gradually and if you have any problems, see your doc. I lift weights, run, swim, bike and have no issues.

I have been on Concerta for about 3 weeks and I have no problems with exercising.

I cannot exercise on Concerta, as it does make my heart rush and muscles twitch
