I'm trying it out now. Wondering how others have done? It's not going great for me. Most days it doesn't seem to do anything until I'm ready for bed. Then I feel focused and can't sleep. I work a rotating shift which is hell for sleep any way, I don't need this to make things worse. Not sure if taking more Concerta would be any better.
