I recently went for vacation to the US and could try Adderall and Vyanse. Although I like the effect of Adderall the most (my fiancé, too :p), I have already at 5mgs an increased heart rate and my feet and hands turn suddenly white and numb. I once got intestinal bleeding because I took a a stimulant-antidepressant combo and did not have enough blood in "peripheral" organs like gut (--> therefore the bleeding) my hands and feet (see post http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27005). Therefore, I am a bit afraid of having cold hand and feet....:(.
Similar things for Vyvanse 20mg, I seem to be very sensitive and also degrade amphetamines only very slowly.

But has anyone of you ever had a "side effect relapse" after two days? I Yesterday night, 60h after I took Vyvanse 20mg for the first time, I couldn't sleep because my heart was pounding, I had a pulse of 100 per min after lying in bed for an hour, which continued for 2h, and a funny tugging sensation in my chest. Similarly, I would get cold, numb hand and feet up to 2 days after I took Adderall. :confused:

Anyone of you degrading that stuff soooo slowly????
