Just took it upon myself to double the dose from 18 to 36mg and what a difference. I can focus better. However, I know I am not at my therapeutic dose however I will follow my dr's orders on tritating from here on out so as to know overmedicate myself but knew 18 was a waste of time. I am not feeling more jittery and I am typing and at the same time talking to my dad. That is real cool. So my initial worries about it not working may have been short sighted. I will give this a chance.
