Since the outer coating is 5mg of instant ritalin i put one pill under my tongue and woke my brain up a little. Thats all i need I didn't even finish getting the top coating completely off as I didn't want to mess with the rest of the delivery system. Will tell you tomorrow how this went. I took the other pill the regular way, but I was thinking what I will do tomorrow is do the sublingual thing for the outer coating only then swallow at 7am, then at 11 take the second one the regular way. That means it will be easier to come down with less already in my system the 1st pill will have already begin wearing off at 7pm and I will still have the second one in me from 7pm to 11pm. Let me know what you all think I will report back what happens.

nah it goes under the tongue for less than 3 minutes. Just the outer layer that is all.
