Has anyone used Generic strattera from Canada Drug? The price is much less and they are tablets so you are able to cut them in half. So by ordering a higher dosage and cutting them in half to get the dose you need, you end up getting twice as many doses.
Thanks for the input!

Strattera comes in capsules only so splitting them is problematic.
I'd hesitate to accept any "generic" Strattera. I have not heard of anyone making a generic for this until your post. I don't believe the patent on Strattera has expired yet.
This stuff appears to be made overseas (Barbados). I'd be very hesitant to try it. The product from the UK says "Product from UK". This does not mean it was made there.
Most countries are very respectful of patent rights of other countries.
All the Best!

Hi Sara, I have been taking generic straterra (atomoxetine hydrochloride) for about 2 years which I 've been buying via a canadian company. My experience has been positive. Because I took Strattera for a few months before trying the generic version, I felt quite confident that what was delivered was the real thing. I did take further prescriptions to gradually win my trust. Today, I feel comfortable enough to ask to fill prescription for up-to three months.
Kind regards

check the mailing address of this "Canada" pharmacy.
Half of these are in india and their bootleg generics are shoddy at best.

Lily holds a patent on Strattera until 2017 (I believe) at the earliest and the generic cannot be the same or Lily would be after them.
There is no legal generic Strattera -- yet.

This is maybe the case in the US. Intas Biopharmaceuticals Ltd produces atomoxitine HCI in its plant in Ahmedabad, india. The plant received an EU-GMP certification back in 2007. It does exist, I can assure you. :)

What you are saying is true, but only for the U.S. there are generic forms of Strattera all around the globe!
