has any one benefited from self Hypnotism? What was your experience? I see these mp3's on amazon that I was thinking to buy. But thought, I should ask out first...

I have heard of no effectiveness regarding self hypnosis, sorry to be skeptical but many like to milk the ADHD cow.

Hypnosis (regular, not self hypnosis) has been studied but with mixed results. It might be helpful with anxiety but I've never heard of it being used for ADHD.
