I am trying to think of the most nutritious breakfast I can eat BEFORE taking Concerta in the morning as my appetitie has vanished on this med, and I wont be able to eat anything bar a fruit smoothie at 4pm until about 10pm at night (when I can eat soup or soft pasta, still not much)
so i am looking for a really balanced, nutritious breakfast that I can eat early in the morning that wont take ages to make/ eat (like museli does.....) and please, not a smoothie!
I need this breakfast to set me up for the day in case I cant handle much food later on.
methinks granola cereal with warm milk and yoghurt, along with half a banana, and flax seed and fish oil supplements would be good.
what about you? Please help. suggestions welcome!:)
