I can't begin to tell anyone how frustrated I am. I have been taking Adderrall at the max dose and its still not working that wel. I keep getting that up and down. I also take effexor so I would have to ween off that before starting strattera. Does strattera really work? Does anyone else build a tolerance. I am two weeks early on getting a refill. Its not that I am abusing it its just that it doesn't work that well anymore and I have to avoid the down effect on concentration. I have literally caught my stove on fire from lack of attention and I cant tel you how many times my sink has overflowed. Anyone got advice? I am getting so frustrated. I used to abuse vicodin and xanax believe it or not that helped quite a bit because it slowed me down. I became a drug addict to function properly. Anyone else experience the same problem?

Maybe it's the effexor that's making you feel bad.
