Have any of you tried Ritalin LA and swithced to Adderall and had a better result?

I can't stand the feelings I expereince when the Ritalin LA wears off. My insurance will only cover 5% of the Ritalin LA cost. But they will cover 80% of the Adderall generic. I have heard the generic Adderall is no good. Is this true?

Well... I wonder why it would cost me more for the brand name of Adderall - maybe it does work better and is more widely prescribed... or something.
