I've been on Concerta for two weeks now and love it (minus the whole wearing off in the evenings and my symptoms going crazy...still working on that). But I've noticed that I'm having quite a few nightmares as of late and was wondering if anyone else noticed this while on the medication. I've always been rather nightmare prone and thought that it might just be the stress of knowing I need to take medication in the first place - but the dreams are unusually random and weird and have nothing to do with taking pills or being clinically ill.

No nightmares, but this drug is definitely giving me clearer, more vivid dreams. I also wake more frequently remembering my dreams. For me, it's a positive side-effect. But I can imagine it wouldn't help someone with nightmares.
