Can anybody relate to this?

if i look at a blank wall, it looks visually like a tv developing static without tv recetion. Iv recently been diagnosed with adhd, for the second time, infact, the first being when i was 14. Im now 22. Iv only recently began taking medication, however. Anyway can anybody relate to this visual static? it makes me feel distant, ad to concentrate, and less attentive. iv had my eye sight tested and its fine....
