I currently work out regularly, and took phosphatidyl serine (nature's way) as well as krill oil this morning. I do notice my eye twitching... it twitched before I worked out today... and it continues to twitch after I work out.

After doing some research, I read that it could come from calcium or magnesium deficiency... Does anyone have any clue?

Both my wife and I have issues with it at times if we aren't sleeping well. Could that be it?

I get eye twitches because of muscle issues around the eye caused by stress, sinus pressure, general fatigue. These all affect the muscles around my eye. It's usually my left one. I am a regular chiropractic patient as well, and the eye-twitching sometimes accompanies my neck being "out," that the adjustment settles.

Not sure about the deficiency thing......

an increased need for magnesium is often thought of as the reason, and taking good magensium (as citrate) should solve your problem.

I see thanks... my eye is still twitching in the morning, so it can't be stress. It's probably a magnesium issue... can fish oil, krill oil, PS, vit B, C, deplete magnesium ? I've never had this problem ever... and I drink a lot of liquids (milk) so I dont think dehydration is an issue...
