You know what I think it great for breakfast is a Kashi Bar or shake. They are high in protien and fiber. The shake is a bit thick and can take sometime getting used to.

I definitley think a nutritous breakfast helps a lot. When I worked with middle school students I used to ask the ones who had trouble in the morinngs what they ate for breakfast. Most either ate nothing or something like a poptart which was loaded with processed sugar and flour.

I know I feel so much better when I eat eggs or a kashi product instead of bagel or something on that idea.
