Attention Deficit Disorder
A Weekend of Transformation
Thom Hartmann

In this workshop, we learn techniques and exercises that allow us to see Attention Deficit Disorder and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD), our lives, and the world around us in a new way. It is for adults with ADD/ADHD and their spouses, and parents with children who have ADD/ADHD. It is also for mental health professionals who work with ADD/ADHD children, adolescents, or adults.

Thom Hartmann, author of seven books on the subject, guides us through transformational exercises to learn to see, hear, and feel our past in a refreshing and empowering way.

During the weekend we:
learn Neurolinguistic Programming, which can be easily learned, used, and taught;
gather tools for understanding and repairing relationships; and
strive for—and learn how to help others seek—success in the workplace and school.
While this workshop is fun and comfortable, with lots of room for personal interaction with Hartmann and others in the workshop, it is an important experience to be undertaken with a serious commitment to growth, learning, and transformation.

Hartmann is a best-selling author and an international lecturer, teacher, and psychotherapist. He has been written about in Time magazine and the Wall Street Journal for his ideas about ADD/ADHD, consciousness, and human survival. He has appeared on several radio and television networks and programs, including CNN, the BBC, and NPR's All Things Considered. He is also a former international relief worker and executive director of a residential treatment facility for abused children.
