My 10 year old son was Dx with AS in January after being Dx 2 times(at 6&8) with ADHD he has inattention and hyperactivity behaviors but his major issue is social behavior and anxiety, does this sound familiar to anyone? I need to find out if there is a medication that work with Concerta for anxiety.

i'm 36 y.o and i was diagnosed with adhd and add with asperger syndrome traits about 2½ years ago.

i've been on concerta for almost 12 weeks now.
i've been on ant anti-depressant called efexor for over a year, and this combination of medicines is helping me to cope with the lack of impulse control (tahnkyou, concerta!;-) and the depression i've been suffereing from for a *long* time!

i *think* efexor is also good for (*aginst*!;-) anxiety issues...

Welcome to the club. I've been identified as high functioning. Possibly mild autism instead of AS, but the diagnosis could change. I have ADHD, anxiety, hypersensitivities, and mild OCD tendencies.
