1 1/2 lb ground chuck 3lbs deer burger
6 tbl morton's tender quick 1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder 3tbl seasoned pepper
3 cups water 3 tsp liquid smoke
2tbl soy sauce

Mix together all ingredients ( extreamly well mixed) and make 2 rolls. Wrape in foil ,shiny side to meat, refigerate for 24 hours.Then poke holes in BOTTOM of rolls with fork and place on broiler pan or cookie sheet with wire rack raise it out of greese in bottom of pan .
Bake at 300 degrees for 95minutes. Open foil and back another 30 minutes to brown. Let cool and re-warp.

Keep frozen or refrigerated until used

This is my father in-laws recipe ...All the hillbillies in town love it .. I only ate deer once .. Im a big city girl so deer is just wrong for me to eat lol I cant eat bambi or his mommy .
