I've been on Adderall for less than 2 weeks, 10mg in am and 10mg 4 hours later.
Up until today I've been very pleased with it.
Today I am very tired, weak, and somewhat dizzy.
I had 2 longer than usual workdays but last night got 8 hrs. sleep.
These symptoms are listed as side effects which should prompt call to my dr.
Anyone else experience this reaction?

Never heard of these side effects myself. I WOULD call your Dr - it might be nothing, but it's good to be sure. You should probably not take any more Adderall until you know what's up. Have you been eating right? Might it be low blood sugar?
I agree with Gregster...thought it sounds like a good reason to talk to the doctor.

Have your eating habits changed at all in the past few days? If you are possibly missing meals or not eating regularly enough it might cause you to have low blood sugar which would make you to be tired. I'd definitely check with your doctor though.

Is is "That time of the month" by any chance? Hormones affect medication in women.
I would definetly let your doctor know about this though.

Medeski and Tara,
I am eating well and it isn't that time of the month. I feel a little better this morning. Since starting Adderall, I've been waking up earlier than usual but I slept an hour later this morning. I'm going to try to cut back on caffeine and I'm due to see shrink in 8 days. I really want Adderall to work for me.
My blood pressure tends to run low, about 104/70. One side effect of the Anafranil I take is lower blood pressure. Hopefully, that will counteract the tendency for higher bp with Adderall.
Thanks for your concern and suggestions.

Less sleep, long work days, caffeine, low blood pressure - they certainly can explain your symptoms. Adderall won't increase your BP by very much, usually. The information I've read on amphetamines indicates that on average the rise in BP was 3 to 5 points - on average, of course, so some will be greater and some smaller. At 104/70 you have nothing to worry about, in my opinion - I'm sure your Dr checks your BP on every visit, just like mine does.
Regards,
Greg
