adhd groups on the web

This site is really worth a look for anyone with adhd - they have a large and active membership that ranges from parents to college students and teenagers. One of the reasons I like this group is that it is not just for parents with adhd who have kids with adhd. Many groups are very focused into this area - and clearly there is a need, these folk really do need support from people who understand their predicament. But if you are not a parent then you have a different set of problems & addforums can help meet those support needs. Another benefit of this site is that they do not bombard you with emails & the technology they use is good + user friendly. Technically speaking it is one of the better online group platforms.

Admittedly it will not be everyone's cup of tea - but well worth a look!"
