I just started on Adderall XR after failing with Stratterra, and noticed it is "for children" officially. In fact my doc had to call ins co because they said they wouldn't honor script since it was for kids! (I'm a 37 year old kid). Anyway that got taken care of finally but got me wondering...
Do you think it will ever be approved officially for adults?
I did find a good article about a study by the mfg, that I thought I'd share too. Short answer was in 18 month study it helped adults (avg age 40), but it didn't mention if they are seeking approval.
