What can u do when the cravings for carbs & especially sugar hit? I just spent the last 15 minutes eating the only surviving cupcake & searching the kitchen for anything to attack.

Ooooh I hate this. Any suggestions?

Do you like the flavored yogurts? It never hurts to squeeze in some calcium.

YUM! I get some fat free vanilla yogurt and put some sugar free strawberry preserves in it...or there is NUMEROUS kinds of yogurts out there. Try some!

Drink first....anything....water, diet soda....see if that makes it go away.....

For me, I HAVE to have my sugar every day... so, I eat a lot of fruit...

If no fruit, I resort to drinking maple syrup or eating a teaspoon of brown sugar... I know it's not good for me, but it works...

Good stuff here. I am now trying to use honey on toast or cereal for some sugar intake.
Not too bad;)
