I have tried to browse this forum on a smartphone running on Windows mobile 2003 ( an SPV e200 maybe only distributed in Europe ...)

Well it's very slow, mainly because of the colored background to load.

Is there a parameter to add to the URL to stop the loading of the background ?

It's important not only because of the slowness of browsing but also because the cost of the connection to the web from a smartphone is calculated from the size of the file transfert.
