Patricia Nadeau - ADHD expert and author has created this ADD friendly organizer/planner .
It is not free at $15.00 a month but they do have a free 2 week trial which I am currently using.
I am a visual thinker so this works well for me: http://skoach.com/

Skoach has:

Integrated task-list and calendar
Colored time-blocks provide clear structure
100% web-based
Text-message and email reminders
Accessible on iPhone (http://skoach.com/faq/compatibility/can-i-use-skoach-with-my-pda-or-iphone.html) and other mobile devices

I hope this is of help to someone:)

peace

I will need to check this out when I get back from vacation... I hope I remember.

I'm sold at text-message and email reminders...

I hope you remember too :).

I forgot to buy toilet paper at the grocery store today even though I brought a "reminder " friend.

Ha.

Today I went to CVS to get moleskin cuz I'm going backpacking soon.

I've been forgetting this item for 3 weeks.

I got to the store, and immediately felt lost bc they have reorganized.

I made my way to the first aid/toiletries/beauty area... and realized I needed other things so I stopped at all those isles I saw had something I needed, or at least should stock up on.

Toothpaste... stared at all of them for 20+ minutes... Finally found what I wanted, bc they rearranged the location... then the other tube... took forever bc they changed the packaging.

Shampoo... same story... rearranged...

Deodorant... rearranged...

I was so effin' frustrated after not being able to find unscented deodorant of any kind after checking every brand at least 5 times I asked someone that just walked down the isle... they found unscented Sure in about 0.2 seconds. How'd you do that? They said, "I read the label." Grrr... So did IIIII.

Either or...got to the checkout line...and I looked at my basket...what am I missing? missing... missing... something am I? No...

Went through the line. Walking to my car, finally relaxing... I felt my shoe I'm trying to break in uncomfortably rubbing against my heel... MOLESKIN...

I went back instead of saying eff it, which is an improvement.

Ah, point being, is if I don't keep a thought repetitively in my head and don't do it 1st thing, I ALWAYS forget.
