Due to the fact that I'm tired of feeling overwhelmed by all the things I need to do that aren't getting done, I'm considering trying ADD coaching.

Has anyone here used an ADD coach? If so, I'd like to hear about your experience. I have a phone consultation scheduled for tomorrow with Peggy Ramundo who co-wrote the book - You Mean I'm Not Crazy, Lazy or Stupid?

She is like some sort of jedi master ADD coach I think. If she can't help me, I guess no one can.

I'm curious to know how your coaching session went? Was it helpful?

Due to scheduling conflicts, we still haven't had that phone consultation, but
I'll post here after I speak with her and if I decide to use her as a coach.
