I find that helps sometimes when I take my Dex with coffee it makes a more alert and focused as with any stimulant..but taking it with anything that is decaffenated does not seem to have the full affect for me..Is it because I am used to the Java the reason water just dont do nothing for me?
Am I doing my self justice by mixing stimulants meds with something like coffee that is in itself a stimulant drink?

I suspect the difference you notice is due to the fact that dexedrine takes some time (an hour for me, at least) to "kick in" and coffee doesn't - the caffine hits your system right away.

Funny...with coffee...the dex kicks in less time than that...
