I have the worst PMS today, I feel like I am gonna freak out and kill someone (not literally).

I am so bloated, crampy, and disgusting feeling. :( :( :(

And I have to be to work in an hour.

And everything makes me wanna cry!

hubby always makes sure that there's chocolate in the house for me at certain times of the month i wonder why????????? :eek: :D

I've dicovered DQ new moolattes ! The mocha one has everything I need choc/ ice cream / caff. The problem is it's like 500 million calories ! I'm doing Weight watchers and I checked to see if it fits in, yeah if I don't eat for a month....

Chocolate works. Lying on the floor in a fetal position while you cry also works. You can bawl your guts out for five minutes and then get up and do whatever you were doing.

Repeat as needed. :D

I can't even pretend to realize PMS, I do, however, know of tactics other women have used to combat it.

All I can really say, or rather repeat, is take deep breaths, handle one thing at a time and remember to take the eventual coffe and/or smoke break :-) All I know is at the end of work, I [i]need[i/] a cigarette hehe

Well I don't smoke, but food becomes my best friend during these times! Especially the sweets.

When I am pms I become a monster I don't have much phsical pain I only have bloating which can fix by a few over the counter meds
But pms week is a phase that I hate to be in so does my husband .I am like in a dreaming state 24/7 I can not answer people they have to squeeze my arm or something.I live the worst add days of the month.The other day I had to go to the library it's just a 10 minute travel but I almost killed a girl almost hit a car almost crash to a traffic sign.I couldn't stop myself I was thinking somebody else.Even singing alone with the music did not work.(I only can drive when I singing with the music) So I got pretty scared and I am not driving when I in PMS..
