While I'm still new to this ADD thing what kinda of treatments are around? are there any over the counter products or any good herbal things that help?

I'm new to all of this too and I've found out that there are literally countless treatments. There are the normal prescription medications which I'm still learning about and TONS of herbal or natural "remedies". You really have to just read a lot about them and check everything out carefully...check with your doctor too. The herbal treatments can be bought over the counter but there is a lot of debate about their effectiveness. Keep reading through the other posts though (even the old ones)...there is a lot of really helpful information in them and I've learned a lot just by sifting through them.
