I'm wondering what happens if you subscribe to a specific sub-forum. If you're already subscribed to the giant "ADD Forums", what does it mean to subscribe to one of the forums within the ADD Forums? Just curious...

You are a registered member of ADD forums. You can subscribe to the individual threads posted. I think when you reply to a thread it automatically subscribes you and depending on how you set it up in your user control panel, you can get posts from a subscribed thread emailed to you instantly, or grouped together daily or weekly. You have the ability to configure your "subscription" choices in your User CP (Control Panel).

When you subscribe to a sub-section, or a thread, you are notified by e-mail when a response or new post is made.

You can set your options in your USER CP to automatically subscribe you to any thread you reply to, or any thread you start, or on a one-off (you manually subscribe to only the threads you really want to follow).

How do I UNsubscribe?

Go to your User CP and click on the appropriate links within each topic to unsubscribe
