I personally recommend this book for Borderline Personality Disorder. I have it and have read through it a couple of times. Very easy to read and helpful in many ways.

yes, Jaime that is a good book. The first time I started to read it I had to put it down. I hadnt picked it up for yrs. I have read through it and have been in counseling off and on. I hope to go back.
As I read it my eyes widen and I would say that is me...not that I really wanted to have a personality disorder. auntchris

The Skills Training Manual for Borderline Personality Disorder from Marsha Linehan is one that may be helpful.
