there was a link to an article ( Which sums up a number of things.

But I liked the four sleep issues best:
1. Initiation Insomnia
I can't (always) "shut off my mind so I can fall asleep at night."
2. Restless Sleep
Indeed for me "Sleep is not refreshing and they I awaken as tired as when I went to bed."
3. Difficulty Waking
I haven't had this problem for a while, but in the past my parents have tried to wake me up from an 'afternoon nap' before dinner, but failed. And I woke up 2 hours later, or.. they didn't fail and I was very irritated by it, almost angry.
4. Intrusive Sleep
I think driving sleepy can be as dangerous as driving drunk. But I cannot predict when I'm going to be sleepy driving my car! Sometimes I can go on for 2 hours and (falsy) feel fresh, others, I can get into the car feeling energetic, and after 15 min. be looking foor toothpicks to keep my eyes open. :eek:
