I did last year during the winter. Helps fend off Cabin Fever.
Through I would drop in and say Hi ! Still alive and very busy in the shop. I'm still tring to find a subject to work on this winter.

FD do very well thank you. Time is the issue. Here lately I've been taking in work from all over the country to preform restoration on art; painting and statues. Plus a lot of gilding. I hope to get back to my own painting.
Yesterday I went to the photographers studio who I get most of my subjects from and gave him the Elk painting of the one laying down by the log. He was so surprised. The Painting is 18"x24"
I'll be spending time in his studio just sitting to see what pictures strike me so I can get started on some new works.

Wow, long time no see! Great works, once again. I like all of them, but for some reason the next to last one you posted really struck me. It looks like it has a great deal of fine detail in it.

Maybe this isn't a good idea, but perhaps you could do one of a fish jumping up out of the water in a beautiful lake scene. Just a thought, as it seems like it would fit in with your work.

How you doing their Mike ? Ya it's been a while. I took my youngest son out to Iowa State for College Last month been very busy in the shop and we have plenty of work to 2 man team to handle. But with Cabin fever setting in I want to get the inks back out.
They all have plenty of detail LOL

Fish pick would look good but right now I am interested in doing a Mule Deer. Just got to find the right pose and back ground. Then I will be underway.
