Self-help support group for individuals 17 and older, that have depression, bipolar disorder or related illnesses. Services are extended to family and friends and include education and support in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust, and shared experiences. Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Monday from 10-11.30 am, and the 2nd and 4th Monday from 7-9 pm. Wheelchair accessible but call ahead for elevator services.
