23 Traits Universally Admired By Employers
In addition to your skills, experience, education, and training, employers look for certain intangible assets. If your competition has more skills, more experience, and more education than you do, you can make up your deficits and still land the job you want by projecting a series of personality traits that are universally sought and admired by all successful companies. Projecting these key traits during an interview can help you win the job that you are looking for.

PERSONAL PROFILE
1. Drive: Goal oriented
2. Motivation: A company is looking for candidates who will accept added challenges and do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
3. Communication Skills: The ability to speak and write effectively to people at all levels in a company is highly valued.
4. Chemistry: The interviewer is looking for someone who wears a smile, has confidence without self-importance, gets along with others, and who is a team player.
5. Energy: Someone who goes the extra mile and who is contagious in a positive manner to others.
6. Enthusiasm: Someone who has passion for their work – possesses a can-do attitude – who projects positive energy.
7. Commitment: Someone who stays the course, who follows everything through to completion, someone who gets the job done, someone who understands, supports, and works toward the company’s mission and objectives.
8. Interest: Someone who is not in it just for a quick buck; someone who genuinely wants to be in the position and who wants to work for the company.
9. Determination: Someone who does not shrink away from a problem or backs off when the situation gets tough; someone who does not get rattled; someone who has an unshakeable resolve.
