I thought I'd put this up here for those international nomads who can't get treatment in the country where they are resident, to see if we can share any useful information.

I'll start: I'm American, living in Russia. I've been diagnosed and will start treatment with a U.S. physician/psychiatrist, but will be followed in the future by someone in the U.K. between times when I can get all the way home. Thank goodness for Aeroflot frequent flyer miles!

Anyone else?

I'm retired and living on the Island of Roatan, Honduras. It took me a year to find a source of ADD meds. Even so, availability is often sporadic, and my preferred med is not even available.

Any suggestions?
