After massively cutting back on caffeine, everything turned out "good", BUT I will change the schedule a bit: From a 3h core at night to 4.5h core (and 2 instead of 3 naps).
I just got a huge problem sleeping at school, I need more time to "cool down", so I will just try to get rest and something like "meditation-light".
It is, BTW, nearly unbelievable, how powerful you feel after 20 minutes of rest...
