Somewhat late...
Yesterday was a perfect example why this stuff will probably work (and that I will profit from it):
Was at school from 08:00-16:30 and went to bed the moment I got home (... and even slept). Afterwards (18h-22h) was used for household chores / buying groceries / bit of wasting time, aka "chilling".
Then, after my nap (till 22:20) I got up and went out for a walk. The next 3 or so hours were spend learning. It was hilarious. Despite the time, my mind...

The information regarding this verse is limited. However, we do know that blessed is a used to mean happy and congratulated. I was curious to know how a person in mourning would feel if they were told, “Congratulations.” Can you imagine? Then I started to do the research and I understood a bit better why they would be in a happy state worthy of congratulations.

Mourning can be translated as longing or yearning for something. We are clearly discussing spiritual principles. Therefore...

Day 4 (b) On naps

Huge progress:
I really slept in two of my three "napping"-times.

If I wouldn't have made the (stuuuuupid) mistake of taking guarana an hour before the last one, that would've been three times sleeping!

Moreover, I even dreamt in one of them.

Day 4 (a)

Slept 4h (d'oh, I know). But(!) I felt worse (after getting up) than yesterday, which somewhat confirms the "multiples of 90 minutes"-rule for good sleep.

I'm targeting the 180 minutes tonight.

Day 3 (b) - Summary

The whole day remained unspectacular:
My around-noon nap took place in my physicians waiting room. Okay, that were more like 15 1-minute naps with being semi-asleep between them. To compensate for that, I rested (not slept) 20 minutes back home.


Pretty much the same goes for my afternoon / evening naps – more resting than sleeping, but I nevertheless felt refreshed afterwards (and still do )




I'm still thinking of ways to sleep every...
