Day 1 (a)

Slept 4 hours: 04:00 -> 08:00.
Read about polyphasic sleep yesterday (or, better, today until ~ 4:00 ).
I guess I'll outline my plan a bit:

I'm aiming for
  • approx. 3h* core sleep from ~ 04-07h
  • 3 naps (20-25 minutes, as I have a lot of (positive) experience with this length of naps) throughout the day, the first at ~ 12:30 (since it fits my timetable at uni somewhat), the second around 17h (ditto) and the third around 22h.

* I'll use the somewhat weird notation that 3h can mean two things: A duration of 3 hours and the "moment" 3 o'clock (since it's shorter, and writing something (more readable) 03:00 is WAY too specific... and mostly I only want an order of magnitude).
