My Weekend

It's Queen's Birthday weekend, so Monday's a holiday. I'm working it. It doesn't worry me too much. Getting paid time and a half plus a day in lieu makes it worth it.

I've spent today writing down a training schedule. I was originally going to start my training today but thought I better at least have a general outline of a training plan.
It's a combination of fartleks, tempo runs, hill work, flat runs, sprints, core training, long runs, hill repeats and some gym work.

Well..I kinda messed up my natural eating plan a little bit.. I had some friends over last night and we ordered Hells pizza. Hells pizza is like the best thing ever! I got a vege mini pizza which is quite healthy. (Damned - onion, mushrooms, fresh spinach, avocado, pineapple, sundried tomatoes, cashews & camembert( The others got one of the meat pizzas. They also got a desert pizza to share (Unearthly- bannana, berry coulis, chocolate and custard). I had a peice of it and a few marshmellows...

New Goal:

Run Auckland Series:5km Jun 22 Sun, 9am
Goal time: under 19 mins:30 secs

Preparation: Healthy natural diet
Training- run Mt Eden, walk/run home from work, gym work, exercycyle, weights, situps/pushups nightly.

No pain, no gain.

less hyperactivity
less impulsiveness
less daydreaming
more attention
more stability
more ambition

Doing something positive for my body.
It feels good.

healthy body
healthy mind

being in control of myself
living more
dreaming less

clearer thinking
slower thoughts
less confusion
deliberate actions
impulse control

I deleted alot of my old posts. I read through them. Alot appear almost contradictory.
I think I just got to indepth into studying my own mind, it became to complex and it came across like I was contradicting myself? And probably annoying the hell out of everyone. lol..

It was helpful to me anyhow...Finding out who I am and how I think. But like usual I tend to hyperfocus on my interests..sometimes a bit too much.
